Centers of Excellence (CoE)

The Centers of Excellence (CoEs) at Feedoozy are focused groups that specialize in a defined technology area. These CoEs form crucial organizational assets at Feedoozy as we move progressively up to the software services value chain. They essentially form the backbone of the focused industry verticals at Feedoozy to offer an integrated value proposition under Enterprise Application Services (EAS). Feedoozy has six defined CoEs—Cloud Computing, e-Commerce, Business Intelligence (BI), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Enterprise Mobility, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

The charter of these CoEs is to orchestrate cutting-edge technology solutions leveraging the large enterprise systems to the business problems at the core of a new age business enterprise. An organized flat hierarchy of consultants and experts in each CoE and their unique intersection with the industry verticals manifest the value delivery, which clearly goes to make an acceptable business sense to the CIOs, who have a charter to align the IT strategy to the overall organization’s business strategy.
